How Am I Doing Today?

I've recently moved to a new city and a new state, and for me, it feels like stepping into a whole new world.

I'm learning how to navigate the subway system and figuring out how everything works. It's still early days, but I already feel "saudades" — a Portuguese word that captures the feeling of missing something or someone. This is a significant step in my professional journey.

First Impressions of the City

My first impressions of the city are positive. It's quite lively, and for now, the weather remains cloudy with some rain, but the heat persists. There are some noises at night, but nothing too disruptive.

My routine is still calm; I wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee, this is a very important moment in my day, and I really love it. I work, have lunch with my girlfriend, and adjust the final details of our new home.

Overall, it's been a very relaxed experience.

Future Plans

I want to improve my skills, learn new things, and grow in my new job. I also plan to make future travel plans with my girlfriend. Exploring new places together is something we both cherish.
